Return/Exchange Policy at K&N Sales

We understand that even when you purchase a product from K&N Sales, you may find that you need to return or exchange it for one reason or another. That's why we offer a comprehensive return/exchange policy so that you can feel secure in your purchase.

At K&N Sales, we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, which is why all online orders are eligible for free returns or exchanges within fifteen days of delivery. To begin the process, simply email [email protected] to get started, and include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, warranties, and tags. If you fail to meet any of these requirements, you may be subject to a restocking fee.

Customers opting to exchange an item will be billed for outbound and return shipping fees, and they may be subject to a restocking fee. If the item to be exchanged is out of stock, K&N Sales will offer an item of equal value as a replacement.

In the rare instance that a customer is not satisfied with the product, K&N Sales offers installation, service, or repair of the purchased item as a way to provide satisfaction. To take advantage of this offer, customers must contact the K&N sales team with their name and address, order number, and explanation of why they are not satisfied with the item.
