The company is headquartered in Mountain View, California in the United States where its main campus is located at 1600 Amphitheater Parkway. The campus consists of approximately 24 buildings, including nine sites owned by Google, as well as additional leased buildings. Google's original office, the Googleplex, is located in the Googleplex building. This location is home to a wide range of operations, including engineering, sales, administrative operations, and product management.

Around the world, Google maintains a presence in 65 different countries worldwide. The company has established offices and stores in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and Japan, among other countries. In the US, Google has a physical presence in 33 states. Each of these offices has its own dedicated teams, focusing on different aspects of the technology giant’s operations and services.

Google set up several showcase stores around the world to provide customers with an immersive experience of its products. The most recent store opened in Tokyo, Japan, in late June 2020. Other showrooms in Tokyo and Osaka had already been opened prior to the grand opening. Visitors of the store can enjoy a hands-on approach to technologies such as the Google Nest Hub and learn about the functioning of App and Web experiences.

In India, six of the seven Google offices are located in major cities such as Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. These offices are a hub of operations, spanning advertising and sales as well as product engineering and technical development.

Google’s presence isn’t limited to offices and showrooms. The company is dedicated to creating a presence in rural and emerging markets all over the world.
